My unique style of healing is a relaxing combination of restorative soft-tissue manipulation utilizing Osteopathic practices, deep tissue massage, and ending with a soothing Esalen-style that structurally aligns and integrates the body with lasting results.

As a highly sought-after massage therapist at The Ashram, an exclusive Malibu health retreat, I restored health, harmony, and balance to the body, mind and spirit to thousands of exercise enthusiasts.

Over the past 20 years, I have practiced many forms of yoga to learn alignment, breath and mindfulness are keys to navigate a healthy body. Thus, I attune a yoga practice specific to your needs, combining knowledge of human anatomy and connecting the emotional and spiritual bodies. I work the level my clients understand yet, encourage safe exploration to create the fullest expression of themselves.
